Cannonball Run surpasses all past records

For over 20 years the Cambridge Area Emergency Services (EMS) has sponsored what has become an established tradition in Cambridge: the Cannonball Run. This year, the run exceeded all expectations, with 176 runners registering for the race and 141 actually crossing over the finish line.

Jeff Knops of Cambridge Cafe & Sport helped in the effort by dropping off flyers at popular runners’ stores announcing the Cannonball Run, and this kind of promotion will again be used to reach the running public.
