Join Diane for Hatha Yoga - A traditional yoga class that allows you to build a stronger body while releasing stress. You will learn about breath work and how it anchors you in your body. Sequences include sun salutations, standing, balancing, seated, twisting postures and may include introductions to arm balances and inversions. Great for beginners as well as seasoned yogis!
