Join Marie for an awesome indoor cycling class that provides all the terrain you need - hills, climbs, flats and much more. Set to rockin' music so that you are sure to break a sweat as you cross the finish line! A great way to increase lower body strength and cardiovascular endurance.
You will need to bring your own bike to put on one of our cyclops (you can leave your bike here if you would like!)

Drop in classes are $10 per class
