DG Yoga, instructed by Diane, is hosted in our studio upstairs. This is a traditional one hour Hatha yoga class with Yin Yoga and Vinyasa flow mixed. Each class will be different, working on stretching the whole body to allow for more flexibility and building a stronger body and mind. You will learn about breath work, and end with a guided meditation to relieve your stress. You’ll leave class feeling peaceful and aware of your inner self. Sequences include - sun salutations, standing, balancing, seated, twisting postures and may include introductions to arm balances and introductions to inversions. Great for beginners as well as seasoned yogis!

Indoor Cycling

Monday & Wednesday Evenings @ 6:15 pm (winter sessions only)

$48 for each 6 week session (choose from the Monday or Wednesday evening session) or $10 per class


Bring your bike to throw on one of our Cycleops trainers or ride one of our stationary bikes.  This one-hour class a great cardiovascular workout designed to keep you fit through the winter months and have you ready roll when the warm weather hits. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle!
