Jourdan Hines

Jourdan has actively studied yoga for over a decade and became RYT 200 yoga certified through Yoga Alliance in 2016. Because of a job related injury he found that the many benefits of alignment and restorative yoga helped him greatly in his recovery. He loves to share this understanding that he has gained through yoga with his classes. In addition to assisting his wife, Mary Wallin, in maintaining their wellness website the Well Rounded Guru, he also performs regionally as a professional musician, teaches private music lessons, and runs his own freelance design business Designs by Hines.

Mary Wallin

Mary has been a active yogi for years and is RYT 200 yoga certified through Yoga Alliance. Teaching since 2015 Mary enjoys sharing her yoga knowledge and experience through teaching and has extensive experience teaching kids yoga. She also maintains the Well Rounded Guru wellness blog along with the help her husband, Jourdan Hines. In her free time Mary enjoys performing in local theater and occasionally joins Jourdan, singing in his live shows.

Indoor Cycling

Class Schedule:

  • Saturdays @ 8:30 am

COST:
$48 for a 6 class punch card or $10 per class

Bring your bike to throw on one of our Cycleops trainers or ride one of our stationary bikes.  This one-hour class a great cardiovascular workout designed to keep you fit through the winter months and have you ready roll when the warm weather hits. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle! 

Session 1:  December 2 - January 17

Session 2: January 31 - March 10

Session 3: March 14 - April 21

Stop in at CamRock to register for class, we highly recommend those who wish to use a stationary bike to register early - limited number available.
