Yoga Classes …on land or water!
This summer CamRock Cafe & Sport will be offering SUP yoga on the spring-fed gem we call Lake Ripley. Jami Collins, certified in yoga through AAISMA UL Lacrosse, will guide you as you build strength, release stress & learn how breath work anchors you in your body. Be prepared to get wet. Most importantly, bring your sense of playfulness!

We also offer yoga on land. Much like SUP yoga, this is great for beginners as well as season yogis. Please bring your own equipment (yoga mat, towel, appropriate attire). However, if you forget anything, we’ve got your back!
We offer a full coffee shop, cafe, wifi, smoothies, 150+ different craft beers and a full sports shop, including bikes, kayaks, canoes, SUPs, cross-country skis, snow shoes and Fat Bikes (for riding in the snow!).
